I was lucky to find myself working in publishing in New York. First at Random House as Acquisition Associate, then Fulfillment Manager, then at Time Warner at Book-of-the-Month Club as Marketing Manager then Marketing Director. Seven years after I started in publishing, I was thrilled to return to Random House as Vice President and General Manager of Random House Direct. In 2010 I had moved to Hachette Book Group as Director of Digital Strategy and Development for the exciting explosion of the ebook and audiobook market.
I spoke at the Digital Publishing Summit in Paris on The Audio Revolution in the U.S., Europe and China on June 25th, 2019. You can see the presentation slides here.
